Changes: Water Fountain

Summary

The Fountain was located in the main area of the old map, specifically, the middle of the plaza in the map. It also replaces the Christmas Tree, which was what was in the middle during the Christmas Map Event.

Around it were 8 Menacing Dummies, item spawn-points and trash bins surrounding the Menacing Dummies. The fountain, however, had a bigger radius than the Christmas Tree, and could be interacted (does not have an invisible box surrounding it), unlike the tree.
