Durability: A+
Passive A: Moves In Timestop for 5 seconds
Hold E - Ora Barrage (Deals 5.75 Damage) Fastest Barrage of all abilities except True Star Platinum!
Press R - OORA!!! (Deals 40 Damage) Pretty Strong Punch!
Press T - Timestop Finisher (Deals 60 Damage) Only usable at Timestops.
Hold Y - OOOOH! (Gains 1.10x damage) Star Platinum: Final Battle Breathe in and gets stronger for 5-10 seconds.
Press F - "I made it in time." Timestops for 5.5 seconds.
Press H - "Even if I stop time right now, I'm too far away from him." Runs faster for 10 seconds.
Press V - Timestop Dash It's just like SPTW but longer distance
Press B - Second OORA!!! (Deals 40 Damage) Same as R
Press J - Kira Beatdown Only usable at under 55 health. It's just like Star Platinum/Other Stand Beatdowns, you have to hit them to startup the beatdown, as you start to beatdown, your stand timestops and do the beatdown.
