So i wanna make something opposite to Over Heaven so i make Under Hell but different from Over Heaven is Under Hell way more stronger than Over Heaven (so basically i most of the stand i gonna list +5 damage it not really that much but it's fine) except for barrage only +0.5 damage.

The World Under Hell (TWUH)

The World (Under Hell) is a stand that is owned by Hell Ascended DIO.
The World (Under Hell) is an extremely high-damaging and powerful stand. With its passives and movesets, this stand can help the user win a lot of duels when used correctly.
Passive A - The Demon Of Hell: the lower health TWUH have the more stronger it be (this including knife).
Passive B - The Power Of Hatred: TWUH does more damage when fighting OHs ( +2.01 dmg).
E - Hell Ascended MUDA Marrage: TWUH does a series of punches/kicks that does 6.5 damage each. All this stand moves cooldown is same as TWOH.
R - Hell Ascended MUDA Blow: TWUH charges its right fist and unleashes a powerful punch does 50 damage. This also does decent knockback, as well as ragdolling the victim, Combined with the kicking barrage, makes it a good combo this is also same cooldown as TWOH.
T - Hellish Reality Overwrite: TWUH will wind up its fist before launching it. It deals a pitiful 25 damage but if it lands on a player with only 25% of their hp remaining or below, they will be instantly killed. Can be used on Funny Valentine and DIO as well, but it will only insta-kill them if they are at 10% hp and below. If the victim is executed, there will be a small animation where the victim starts to glow and then disintegrates into small red parts, which makes them disappear (TWUH doesnt shout "Sino bokaku omukai iruno !" instead it's a classic wry).
Y - Heal Overwrite: TWUH punches the target, healing the other person 30-55 HP depending on the user health.
B + Y - Self-Heal Overwrite:TWUH faces it's user and then punches it's user, restoring 30-55 HP depending on the user health.
F - Hell Ascended Timestop: TWUH charges up a timestop while shouting "ZA WARUDO TOMARE TOKI WO !", lasting for 15 seconds. You can kill anyone in this period of time. Unless they dodge it. The less health the user has, the shorter the timestop will be.
V - Reality Warping Blades/Knifes: The user throws a glowing knife, doing 25-45 Damage on impact, depending on the user's HP. This move is spammable and has increased damage and no cooldown in TS. This is currently the strongest knife in game. (With damage). Unlike its original version, this attack can penetrate reflects and Return To Zero, as well as hit King Crimson during its Future Sight.
Note: This ability does not require the user to have its stand to be out. Also note that during TS, the damage depends on where you're throwing the knife. If you're throwing it at the opponent's chest, it does a lot more damage than throwing it at their arm. It does the most damage if you hit their side.
H + cursor on Target - Reality Shattering Bolt: TWUH charges up its fist and sends a blast of lightning to where the cursor is pointing at. Deals 55 damage and inflicts knockback by 10 units with a ragdoll. You can roll to dodge this.
H + B - Reality Shattering Pulse: TWUH slams the ground and sends any opponents near the player flying upward. This move deals 55 damage in a radius around the user. However, this move can be dodged by rolling, which makes the user vulnerable when not used properly. This move is an effective counter for poke and running MiH users, as long as you time your H + B properly.
Z - Stand Jump: TWUH blasts the ground with his fists, propelling the user and itself forward but it have black ground smash effect like.
Star Platinum Under Hell (SPUH)

Star Platinum (Under Hell) is the non-canonical, Over Heaven version of Star Platinum. Similar to Star Platinum, it is a close-range Stand, but with an immense amount of strength, speed, and precision.
Although it has similar abilities to that of Star Platinum's, it deals a lot more damage for each move, with it being an ascended (Over Heaven) variant of the stand. This stand also has a shiny counterpart of itself: Retro Star Platinum (Over Heaven).
Passive A: The One Who Not Deserve Hell: The lower health you are the less dmg you do but your heal will less cooldown +1 HP either V moves too.
Passive B: The Devil And The Angel: SPUH does more damage when fighting OHs ( +2.01 dmg).
E - Hell Ascended ORA Barrage: barrages the target with each punches deal 6.30 dmg. However, it does a pose/animation before it starts its barrage. All of this stand moves is the same cooldown as SPOH.
R - Hell Ascended ORA Strike: SPUH throws a fast, heavy punch at the enemy, dealing 50 damage.
T - Hellish Reality Overwrite: charges its right fist for a few seconds and strikes the opponent with a punch that deals 25 damage. This move cannot be blocked.
Y - Reality Overwrite: Heal Barrage: SPUH barrages a target, healing them for 1 HP per hit. If fully used, it will total up to 85 points of HP being healed.
B + Y - Reality Overwrite: Self-Heal Barrage: SPUH barrages its user, healing them for 1 HP per hit. If fully used, it will total up to 85 points of HP being healed to the user.
F - Hell Ascended Timestop: SPUH stops time for up to 15 seconds. You can basically kill anyone in this period of time.
H + Cursor on Target - Reality Shattering Bolt: Learning how to do this thanks to TWUH SPUH can now charges up its fist and sends a blast of lightning to where the cursor is pointing at. Deals 55 damage and inflicts knockback by 10 units with a ragdoll. You can roll to dodge this.
H + B - Reality Shattering Pulse: SPUH slams the ground and sends any opponents near the player flying upward. This move deals 55 damage in a radius around the user. J - Universe-Warping Star Blast: SPUH charges its right arm for a second, then casts a large, glowing projectile at the enemy. This projectile deals percentage damage, meaning it deals damage with a multiplier based on the maximum health of the target. Against the lowest health pool (105 HP max), it dealt an incredible amount of damage, especially on DIO.
V - "Yare Yare Daze..."/Hellish Counter: SPUH and it's user will suddenly stop in their tracks and pose. However if an opponent hits them while this is active, the user will regain their health and get a temporary defense boost.
