In my opinion, Kars is somewhat underpowered in most pvp scenarios against Stands. The main weakness of a Kars is that it has pathetic reach, with users having to time moves extremely precisely in order for most of them to land. Giving Kars a boost in damage will give it a slight edge when it comes to pvp; Hard to land moves should understandably hit harder. Of course, this is simply all a suggestion.
User's blades should also light up in a way similar to the old model when Q is active. Gives both the user and the opponent a slight advantage (Both will know when it is active or not)

Nothing will really change, appearance wise, other than the fact that the blades now light up again when performing certain moves
This spec will, however, appear correctly on newer default Roblox Avatars (hoever, hitboxes for both blades will not change). This spec will now also manifest blades on the user's legs when performing certain moves.
