This spec is based on the Mortal Kombat character Scorpion. The way you would get this stand is by digging up his spear (would have a 0.15%) and using it. A user with this spec would be wearing a scorpion mask.
Passive - Fatal Blow: If the F move is only usable when the user has 30 or less health.
E - Spear Twirl: The user twirls their spear by the chain for 5 complete rotations. Each hit causes 13.5 damage, and this move has a cooldown of 10 seconds.
R - Spear: The user shoots out the spear, if it hits someone the user will pull them in. This move causes 35 damage and has a cooldown of 15 seconds.
T - Slash: The user uses their katana to slash infront of them. This move causes 25 damage and has a cooldown of 13.5 seconds. This move can be combo-ed into with Spear.
F - Get Over Here: The user slashes their katana, causing 15 inital damage, then the user shoves out a spear. If a person gets hit with the spear, then they are caught. Then the user kicks them up and the spear makes them go back and then the user kicks them off the spear. This move all in total (not including the inital 15 damage) does 75.5 damage. This move has a cooldown of 80 seconds (only after its used).
Z + Cursor - Hellaport: The user teleports to the place the cursor is on. If the cursor was on someone, then the user will punch them, causing 13.5 damage. This move has a cooldown of 7 seconds.
The quotes are: "My clan will see you dead!", "I am Scorpion. I seek revenge!", and "GET OVER HERE!"
