Kosaku's Mama Crimson (K'sMC) also known shortly as Mama Crimson, or Kosaku Crimson can be obtained by using an Ender Pearl on Crimson Requiem.

Kosaku's Mama Crimson is a "humanoid" Stand with a build that is really bizarre unlike the user, but tends to look much much bigger and taller. Its body is covered by a raised diagonal grid; save for its face, neck, shoulder guards, elbows, hands, abdomen, crotch, knees, and feet/footwear. Its eyes comprise sharp orifices of a steep inward slant; from which emerge small, round eyes without sclera, with pronounced eye sockets that have the same fragmented pupils. Its crown is flat and from its forehead emerges a raised level that bears a smaller, oval face of the same expression. In earlier depictions, there were two raised levels. It constantly bares its teeth through a small mouth. It is also a Stand with its body floating in the air like this Stand.

E- Potent blow of the belt: Mama Crimson uses its left arm holding a belt to deal an incredibly strong frontal blow to the opponent. This move has a knockback effect and also makes the opponent cry like a baby. (90 damage)
R- Severing Slap: Mama Crimson uses its strength to deal an extremely powerful slap to the enemy using its right arm. This move is very good for starting combos. The move also ragdolls and of course, make the opponent cry. (35 damage each hit)
T- Fetish for toes: Mama Crimson begins to power up, after 5 seconds of powering up, the user is 20% faster, and also when touching somebody they instantly die. (10000 damage)
F- Typical Mama Combo: Mama Crimson Erases Time universally, meaning everybody sees the world having the TE effect. After that mama Crimson attacks the nearest person by using a belt with its left arm and slapping with its right arm. Mama Crimson also says "punishing stuff" while attacking. (9999999 damage)
J- Mighty Kick: Mama Crimson kicks in the balls of the opponent. This makes the opponent fall down for 10 seconds. (90 damage)
V- Erasure Teleport: Mama Crimson erases time very briefly, teleport its user to anywhere the user wants.
