how to get[]
use DIO's Diary on OMT/One More Time then you would hold up Diary then a lighting strikes on you while the lighting strikes on you you scream "AHHHHHHHHH" then when the lighting strike is done you get OMTOH/One More Time Over Heaven.

It's One More Time but his suit is yellow and white while his hat is yellow.
Moveset/Abillites[]
E + hold - ascended One More Time barrage
you barrage while each hit does 10 damage each punch.
R - ascended One More Time punch
you punch an oppent dealing 20 damge.
T - ascended Implosion
OMTOH screams the scream does 30 damge.
Y - One More Time Heal
you do a barrage that heals people each hit you heal people by 10% of there health
Y + b - One More Time heal youself
you heal do a barrage that heal yourself it looks like you are healing someone but you are just healing yourself
F - One More Time Reality Overwrite
you charge up a powerful attack and when it realeases it deals 100% percent damage when you hit
G - pose
