Summary/Apperance:
ShutzCh is the main scripter of A Bizarre Day. He also works on animation and building. But mainly scripting. He appears as a NPC. located in Tom's Shack. menacingly posing on the corner, looking to the right. If you interact with him, he will talk with you.
Unlike the Other NPC's ShutzCh is a more human-like NPC. With actual pieces of clothes which are not the common butler outfit with the bow tie and the suit touching the floor. He has a fizzy brown hair and a Suspicious face. He’s a little... bizarre. And yes that was a JoJo reference.

Triva:
- The horses part that ShutzCh mentioned were part of a sneak-peak on ABD discord server that the devs were planning to release Silver Bullet (horse that belongs to Diego brando from Steel Ball Run). Which was planned to replace the Stand Jump
- ShutzCh was removed from the game in 03/26/2020 (MM/DD/YY), the reason he was removed is unkown, but it was probably to save space and reduce lag.
- When ShutzCh NPC was still a thing, you could use Emperor (and possibly other ranged stands/specs) to damage him. Bringing this NPC's HP down to 0 won't do anything, his health bar is just empty.
