Summary/Appearance
DIO's Diary is a personal diary written by DIO himself, containing vague but several different details of the goals and paths that need to be achieved in order to ascend to Heaven.
The diary is obtainable by killing DIO with a 6/10 (60%) chance of him dropping it, or digging it up with a trowel with a 0.75% chance.
Appearance
DIO's diary looks like an old-fashioned diary with small gold highlights on the cover and back. On the cover, the name, "DIO", is engraved just below the center.
Features
- It cannot be bought in the store.
- It doesn't despawn.
- It can be obtained from a Trowel with a 0.75% chance.
- It is also a drop from the DIO boss with 6/10 chance (60%).
Evolutions
(Whitesnake + DIO's Diary) - C-Moon
DIO's diary can be used on Whitesnake, which can be used to obtain C-Moon.
(C-Moon + DIO's Diary) - Made in Heaven
When Dio's Diary is used on C-Moon it will transform into Made In Heaven.
(The World / Retro The World + DIO's Diary) - The World (Over Heaven) / Retro The World (Over Heaven)
When used with The World / Retro The World they will transform into their Over Heaven counterparts, which grant several buffs and the ability to overwrite reality. This transformation also works with Vampiric The World, although not The World Greatest High.
(Star Platinum / Retro Star Platinum + DIO's Diary) - Star Platinum (Over Heaven) / Retro Star Platinum (Over Heaven)
DIO's diary could also be used on Star Platinum/Retro Star Platinum, which could be used to transform into their Over Heaven counterparts.
Trivia
- Used to spawn every 40 minutes in a random location on the map in the older version of A Bizarre Day, before the DIO boss was added to the game.
- This can also appear when you use STW’s H move, however without the "DIO" on the cover. When using STW's H move, you will open the book and read the pages while holding a glass of wine.
- When dropped by the DIO boss, the diary will appear as a blank white page with a black part which has the word "DIO" on it instead of being the full model
- This is the most versatile item in the game, being able to evolve 6 different stands.
