Changes: Arrow Stand Rarities

NOTICE: This is NOT a list for Trading, this is simply a list showcasing the chance of getting a stand when you use a Stand Arrow.
This is NOT A Tier List. It shows information and statistics, not opinions. It is only categorized into tiers (S+, S, A, etc.) for simplicity sakes.
This list does not include any evolved stands or specs, or stands that are unobtainable, as those can only be obtained when other Items are used on a specific stand.

The rarity of stands depends on their tier from an arrow, S+ = 1% (Shinies), S = 2%, A = 4%, B = 7%, C = 33%, and D = 53%. These percentages are the chances of a stand being obtained from a specific tier (S+ Tier percentage, D Tier percentage etc.) in the Stand Arrow.

The chance of getting each stand depends on its tier, S+ = 0.2%, S = 0.4%, A = ~0.7%, B = 1.4%, C = 16.5%, D = 10.6%. These percentages are the chances of a stand being obtained among ALL of the stands in the Stand Arrow.
