Time stop, it can be pretty fair and doesn't kill with SPSO or is just a win button with TWOH.
Well whats the issue with that? Time stop is supposed to be OP just like the actual JJBA. Well this is a fighting game. Fighting games are about skill, and yet we have a move like time stop that can be used anytime and cannot be cancelled.
Stands like TWOH have insane abilities that allow it to play even without using time stop. TWOH can simply run, spam knives, spam heal, and use R to keep enemies away. SP is pretty braindead already without TS. SP's TS is almost instant and extremely difficult to notice.
There are 2 ways to fix TS. Either make it a cutscene and just do some damage, or a meter like YBA.
A cutscene will mean it can be blocked, a fixed amount of damage, and not a win button anymore.
A meter like in YBA would mean a playstyle like TWOH would mean it will have a much harder time to TS. TWOH will be forced to play close ranged to gain TS. Since TS will still be the same apart from getting a meter, only a limited amount of moves can be used. For example, a strong punch, a projectile, and any other move that isn't a barrage. TS will require a bit more skill to use since you are making combos and not holding E.
The main goal for a TS rework should be to not make it a win button.

Can I just quickly remind you how fricking broken SPSO actually is?
-Really good damage and combo output
-Has a move that you cant miss
-Needs aim in three moves
I will main this and SPTW at the same time because jesus this things are so op yet not so broken and I like them
SPSO and SPTW truly are op stands.
E: doesn't need math as it's a basic barrage
R: 11.6666667 dmg per sec (vs every other stand in the game)
T: doesn't need math because it's a unique projectile
Y: beats the world with 3 dmg per sec vs the world's 2 dmg per sec
F: beats the world with a 0.25 ts sec per sec vs the world's 0.125 ts sec per sec
H: I need Star Platinum's old star hull dmg if anyone knows it
V: beats stw with an 80 radius 5 sec vs stw's 50 radius 10 sec
J: sadly looses to sp:tw with 0.2 ts movement per sec compared to it's 0.15 ts movement per 1 sec
