How to obtain:
Read a DIO’s diary, then it will tell you to defeat the DIO boss which spawn in the forests. All the damage which the DIO boss took must be all yours. Then, use the diary again to obtain SPOH.

A - Reality Overwrite
SPOH’s all attacking moves bypasses block, counters and damage reflecting moves.
B - DIO… Your reality… is just fantasies.
SPOH’s reality overwriting moves will deal more damage to TWOH users.
C - Time Stop Resistance
SPOH can move in others’ time stop for 3 sec.
E - Ascended Barrage
SPOH throw 65 punches forward, each punch dealing 6.25 dmg. This move will stun the opponent with a blue aura on their screen.
Cd: 6 sec
R - Ascended Heavy Punch
SPOH throw a heavy punch with a speed similar to SP, dealing 45 dmg and a high knock back.
Cd: 6 sec
T - Reality Rewrite Punch
SPOH throw a heavy punch similar to R, but this time SPOH do an overwrite. This move will deal 45 dmg and remove a limb. If the opponent has below 25% health, they will be instantly killed.
Cd: 20 sec
Y - Injury Overwriting Punch
SPOH will have a wormhole on its hand, and it will punch forward. But instead of damaging people, SPOH will heal people whoever it hit 50 health. This move can be used twice and will have a really short cooldown between those 2 punches, meaning that you can press Y twice and heal a person 100 health before facing a longer cooldown.

Used up 2 punches: 35 sec
F - Heaven’s Time Stop
SPOH stops time for 10 sec, but this time stop cannot be overrided and you cannot move in SPOH’s time stop even if you are a Tusk Act 4 user, SPTW user nor a SPSO user.
Cd: 50 sec
F if health below 25% - Skull Crusher
SPOH time stop for a short period, and teleport behind the person who was aimed by your cursor, punching their skull. Deals 40 dmg and bleed.
Cd: 30 sec
V - The same thing… Don’t let me say twice…
SPOH poses, if someone hit him during this period, then the opponent will be stunned and SPOH will grab that guy, and throw into the air, doing a barrage which has 20 punches dealing 8.5 dmg per punch.
Cd: 45 sec
B - Self Injuries Overwrite
SPOH punches its user, healing them 50 health. There will be a wormhole on SPOH’s fist. This move CAN’T be used twice.
Cd: 35 sec
