Originality:The stand is very, very similar to PH, and SPH, but it integrates it in a different way, then instead of just hurting everything except the user in SPH's case, with the virus idea being changed in ways, like the user being able to cover themselfs in the virus, making the enemies attacks useless but them not knowing it, it does recycle some moves from others stand like knife throw, but with poison, it does have a wide array of original moves like the previously talked about virus covering, limb detaching, and uppercut, 7.5/10 really good, with a bit of recycling
Background story: Good background story, except, stands are supposed to fit a user's personality/emotions, and I don't knwo why Aria would have a stand that decays things, it does make if she got it after accidentally killing pix, but I don't see a reason on why Aria would be (before she knew how to control it, it would be self)destructive before she killed pix, maybe it's just some unread story, but it doesn't match too well, and that she can touch the virus no problem is like Fugo in PHF, when he evolves to SPH, with the user and stand being good friends, but because I don't know why Aria is has a destructive personality or destructive emotions, 6.5/10, fits, but only half way, still very good

Passive A- (Dawdling Death) User's attacks linger on and spread for a while once landed.
The already talked about virus, very good, but kind of unoriginal 6/10
Passive B- (Poisoning Strikes) After a while the decaying effect slowly takes a toll on the target making them feel sick/dizzy.
Normal evolution of the attacks 7/10
Passive C- (Laced Shield) User can cover their body with Fatal Cemetery's decay ability and it can spread onto others once the user is hit.
Vey good idea, already discussed in the previous segment 7.5/10
Bonus Infliction: The decay Fatal Cemetery inflicts can detach limbs if the area where they're attached is fully decayed.
Also a very good evolution of an attack that was discussed back in the previous segment 7.5/10
E- (Rotting Slash) Fatal Cemetery does a quick slash with an infected knife that stuns target's for a short amount of time and inflicts weak damage.
Can't say it's too original, but it's good 5.5/10
R- (Deteriorating Uppercut) Fatal Cemetery does a hard uppercut to the target stunning them for a while and inflicting medium damage.
A new attack, altough a common one, 6/10
T- (Festering Scatter) The user launches 3 knives at the target that inflicts the decay ability Fatal Cemetery has. (medium damage)
A reused attack but with poison, but it is said that FC has knives 4.5/10
Y- (Battered Blows) Fatal cemetery does 4 weak hits that don't stun and do weak amounts of damage.
I don't know why this would be here, seems like a combo extender 4.5/10
F- (Brutal Takedown) Fatal cemetery lunges at the target and grabs them by the neck. And quickly slams them onto the ground. This stuns the target and does a lot of damage. the cooldown for this move is longer.
It's like Wamuu's ring of death, because eventually the infection will cut of the infection, very good idea 8.10/10
H- (Nimble Slap) Fatal cemetery slaps the target quickly and does weak damage but a small stun and little knockback.
Another combo extender 4/10

How the stand would fit the user:Already discussed in the first and second segment, but will add that it's stated in it's descriptions that the user and stand differ a lot in personalities, but so did Fugo and PH when Fugo became immune to his virus 7.5/10
Appearance: The appearance is bland at first with it just being a plague doctor (although it fits), but it's a really good appearance under the mask 7.5/10
How balanced it is: It's pretty balanced say for the covering of the user where any fisical attack is terrible, but I would say that it's balanced 9.5/10
General: 7
Rounding all the points it originally it came out to 4.4.6, but that's not how I truly feel about the stand, so I'll put it by 2.5.4
