I choose Star Platinum. Now, I know The World and Star Platinum are the same with just different moves, but the over heaven form is a big difference. Star Platinum OH is good for grinding the DIO boss. The World OH is like Star Platinum but is PVP tier list and my opinion, I think Star Platinum (and it's over heaven form) gets the win in this.
