Can TWAU use the camera?

I've seen many people who are trying to get Shadow The World by using The World (Alternate Universe) instead of Vampire The World. The community says that The World (Alternate Universe) can't use cameras, I don't know which to believe right now.

What I mean is that you cannot use a camera with TWAU. You might have been confused with TWAU and VTW since the design is so similar
