Boi SPP exists. It's just called Part 3, and if you think it still doesnt exist then how do you tell from god damn Stone Ocean? That abomination of stand literally nobody uses. Also, no D4C is increasingly higher than SPP/Part 3. Keep the Dirty Deeds or don't try to trade Prime for that.
